From 18-21 September 2018 the INSPIRE conference took place in Antwerp, Belgium. The conference works as a platform for both the providers of spatial data as well as the end-users to get together, talk about the benefits of the INSPIRE directive by presenting use cases, and discuss potentials and needs. The event comprised workshops, oral presentations, training/side events, plenaries, and poster sessions. ECoLaSS was presented by Omar Ali Eweys in an oral presentation within the DG ENV session “GEOINT for Environmental Compliance Assurance in rural areas/agriculture” focussing specifically on potential future Agriculture and Grassland prototypes.
