GAF and SIRS attended the 23rd MARS conference, which took place in Gormanston, Ireland, on 28 and 29 November 2017. The conference provided a forum to exchange and discuss experiences and recent developments regarding the application of remote sensing within the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS), focussing on the future objectives of the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). A shift in regulations and the control technology towards future inclusion of Sentinel-1 and -2 data was discussed. Click here for more info on GAF’s participation.
GAF AG presented the ECoLaSS project emphasizing recent developments of automated processing chains for land cover classification with particular focus on agricultural and grassland services. The slides of the presentation can be found here.
